Our Skyline leadership team brings together extensive industry experience, expertise and depth of knowledge in both fire and security systems, and a commitment to understanding and delivering on the building systems needs, when it comes to serving our clients.

DAVID DUNNAGAN
Managing Director – Chubb Systems, Frontline Security Solutions, Chubb Fire Systems
David joined Chubb in 1996 and has worked across a broad range of areas from engineering and sales through to sales management and Director roles with Chubb Systems.
David’s experience across the breadth of the business and its functions brings a clear understanding of the big picture, ensuring that whatever the challenges, a robust systems solution can be implemented. His extensive experience in the London construction arena and critical national infrastructure, range in value from £250,000 to £45,000,000. David brings together Chubb and Frontline, leaders in the safety systems industry, driven by innovation in technology and delivery, to deliver integrated solutions for all aspects of people and building safety in large-scale builds.
JASON HILLIER
Sales Director – Frontline Security Solutions
Jason has been in the electronic security industry for over 30 years with experience from installation and service through to sales. He joined Frontline Security Solutions in 2007. Jason brings an in-depth understanding of the security industry and security systems integration, having led some of the most complex and technical system integrations for the business.
Jason is inspired by the fast pace of the commercial sector, at every stage of the design and sales cycle, with the most rewarding moment being the instruction to proceed. He believes that being at the forefront of the electronic security industry as an enterprise vendor to some of the tops industry leading brands demonstrates strongly that our business is at the cutting edge of electronic security technology.
MARTIN UWINS
National Sales Manager – Chubb Systems – Major Projects
Martin brings over 30 years of experience in the Fire Safety industry, across technical support, software programming, systems design, large projects and sales. Joining Chubb Fire & Safety in 2011 and Martin has built extensive experience in major projects and high value complex builds.
With fire safety and life systems that keep a building, its people and assets safe, the top priority, Martin is also passionate about helping customers to look at new and better ways to integrate and improve commercial functionality through their integrated systems.
DANIEL BURNSTEIN
Business Development Director – Skyline
Daniel has been in the security industry since 2010 and joined Chubb in 2022, having served clients across Africa, the Middle East, UK and Europe.
His breadth of experience across industries brings an understanding of the safety and security risks faced by businesses, knowing what keeps his clients awake at night, and is able to provide solutions that will mitigate those threats and provide a platform to allow for business continuity unaffected by security concerns.
As employees and employers demand more from their environment, Daniel believes that using security networks as the platform on which to build smarter more integrated spaces, is an extremely exciting field to be in at the moment, with the Skyline team at the forefront of new technology and systems to make clients’ lives that bit easier, healthier and safer.
